David Peterson, Principal and General Manager
Dave began his business in 1969, and has expanded it to the design/build
development firm that MD Building Corporation is today. Dave is a Denver native, with over 30 years experience in land development,
building design, and construction management.
Daylyn Miller, Principal and Operations Manager & Secretary Treasurer
Daylyn has 20 years in construction
accounting and finance. Daylyn acts as primary liaison between all customers and banks, and is familiar with all aspects
of construction draw requests & bank requirements. She handles all financial responsibilities as well as customer
service and public relations.
Brian Neisen, Project Manager
Brian has 25+ years of experience in construction management as a superintendant
and/or project manager.
Matt Horrom, Estimator & CAD
Matt's skills include estimating, CAD production, computer sciences,
and Internet coordination. Matt helps coordinate project assessment, building and site design, and tenant space layouts.
Matt is the primary Butler contact for MDBC.
